Registered Massage Therapist
As a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3,000-hour RMT program, Sheila strives to bring the most up to date information and techniques to her treatments. The opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients requiring diverse treatment needs and massage techniques has led to her belief that an individualized approach to treatment and wellness will have the most impact on her patient care. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology provides her with additional knowledge and skills for creating personalized treatments, homecare, and support for assisting her patients with their wellness goals.
Along with ongoing learning and researching of massage therapy related topics, Sheila also enjoys travelling the world, downhill skiing, walking, and spending time hiking with friends and family in the beautiful nature areas surrounding us.
